Michael Benmeleh is a Real Estate Broker and owner of Beach City Realty and a multi million dollar real estate producer. Currently, he is one of the most sought out real estate Brokers in all of Miami. Born in Venezuela, Michael arrived in Miami with an ambition to contribute to his new hometown.
Aspiring to be a journalist, Michael attended the University of Miami and majored in Broadcast Journalism. While attending school, he dedicated himself to learning as much as he could about the burgeoning South Florida entertainment industry.
During those years, he spent most of his time in Coral Gables, South Beach, and Aventura.
"I became a real estate junkie...I loved looking at properties and that made me very familiar with Miami. However, I had agents show me numerous properties, and I never enjoyed their services and lack of commitment. I then realized how important it was for an agent not only to be very knowledgeable about properties, but that great communication skills, personality, dedication, and that willingness to go that extra mile was crucial to be a successful real estate agent."
